Experienced Sales Negotiator

As a Sales Negotiator at Fine & Country, you will play a key role in promoting and selling properties to potential buyers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, conducting viewings, negotiating and closing sales. Your exceptional communication and sales skills will be essential in providing a first-class customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out potential buyers and generate leads through various channels

- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide personalised service

- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

- Stay up-to-date with the local property market trends and property values

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values

- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Professional and presentable appearance

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
