Gareth James, a leading estate agency brand with 3 offices across Peckham & Camberwell and Nunhead & Brockley, have an opening for an Estate Agency Branch Manager to join their team. They have been in business since 1994, are the winner of various British Property Awards and recently were the headline sponsor for Peckham Fringe. They have a great brand name and market awareness within South East London.

The Branch Manager will lead the sales and lettings teams from the front – winning instructions, helping vendors move and building and maintaining a strong office-based team.

The branches are incredibly strong – from a sales perspective, they are currently 3rd in the South East London region for completions, operating at a 67% SSTC rate! In the lettings market, they are running at an 82% let agreed rate – so very strong figures already!

The Branch Manager will be responsible for P&L, recruitment & retention, general staff management as well as running and growing your own client base.

Please be aware that in order to be considered for this position, you will have experience already within the South East London market and ideally also live in the area.
