In 2014, I acquired the License for Fine & Country Helderberg Region, which has since grown its market share in the affluent and upmarket suburbs of the Cape Winelands region.
Although I was not actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Fine & Country Helderberg, I left it in the capable hands of my business partner and sister, Kelly Reifarth, to manage on a daily basis. However, in April 2019, due to changes in market conditions, I made the decision to return full-time to Fine & Country to focus all my efforts and attention on my family-owned agency.
Currently, I am involved with the day-to-day management function of Fine & Country Helderberg, while the Schonenberg office is under the capable tenor of Kelly. Together, Kelly and I oversee both the Schonenberg and Helderberg offices from an executive level.
When I left Sitari Estate to return to Fine & Country Helderberg, Uvest property management appointed Fine and Country Helderberg as their official sales partner, and the only other agency within the region able to actively market properties for sale within Sitari Estate directly. This was quite an honor bestowed upon Fine & Country and a testament to my valuable contribution to the continued success of sales at Sitari Estate.
Currently, my responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations, managing the sales team, as well as acting in the capacity as Real Estate Agent. I am also involved in analyzing market trends, conditions, and activities to accurately advise clients and develop competitive market proposals. Additionally, I oversee the financial management and marketing management of the agency.
